Shipping Policies

PRE-ORDER

 If you decide to Pre-order an item on our website, please note the following:

  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout not when the item ships.
  • Pre-ordering is voluntary and if at any time you would like to cancel your Pre-order for a full refund to method of payment please do so prior to shipment announcement on our website. 
  • If you need to cancel your Pre-order or update it in any way, please call 844-404-MORE (6673.)
  • If you are ordering a Pre-order item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged shipping once. We will not charge you again once your Pre-order has shipped.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Regular order processing takes between 24 to 48 hours.  Orders received on a weekend or holiday are generally processed the next business day.
  • If you are using expedited shipping this does not include the order processing time on the front end, so keep that in mind when selecting expedited shipping.

DISCOUNTS

Apply discount code at checkout.  Only one discount code may be applied per order and cannot be combined with other codes. No discounts are given after credit card has been charged. MORE® reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Returns are only accepted for products purchased through our website.  If you bought it from a retailer or another on-line source please contact them about their return policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
